delivery times

all canvases are painted to customer order/requirements and have a dispatch time of 21-28 days, delivery times for commissioned portraits may take up to 40 days. i always aim to get your painting to you as soon as possible.

all deliveries are made between 9am & 5pm mon-fri, they do require a signature. if you have to go out at the last minute please leave a signed note on the door to tell the courier where to leave the parcel, i.e. neighbour etc.PLEASE NOTE I USE OUTSIDE COURIERS AND THEY CAN’T CALL CUSTOMERS FOR ANY REASON. PLEASE CALL ME OR EMAIL IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS.

returns policy

under the United Kingdoms distance selling regulations, if you have received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return goods for credit subject to the following conditions:

you inform me within seven working days of receipt of the product(s). you return the item(s) within 14 days. goods are returned in good condition and in the original packaging.

damages

full refunds or exchanges will be made for any items lost or damaged during transit. to qualify please keep all packaging and/or artwork as delivered and notify me within 24 hours of the item arriving. i advise all customers to open the parcel and check it has got to you in perfect condition, refunds cannot be given if it has been signed for. If this does happen please contact me.

to qualify for the refund I require that:

you send all items back using our approved courier, parcelforce. any items are returned within 14 days.

sending images

by sending images you are automatically acknowledging that you either own the copyright yourself or have written permission from the person or parties that own the copyright, so i can paint your order.
